Questions

Good to know.

Do you provide carers?

No. We advise and coordinate, and help you find registered care providers if you need them.

Can I get in touch for my mum or dad?

Yes. We'll need their permission before we act for them, and we'll explain how to set that up.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes, by phone and video. Rules differ in Scotland and Northern Ireland, and we'll make sure your advice fits where you live.

Can I get an exoskeleton on the NHS?

Personal exoskeletons are rarely funded by the NHS today. Some rehab centres use them in therapy. We'll help you look at grants, charities and other routes.

How much does it cost?

The first conversation has no obligation. We'll always tell you any cost upfront.
